Postdoctoral fellow’s research to be recognized at the American Academy of Neurology annual meeting

Eliana A. Vasquez, M.D., postdoctoral fellow of the Glenn Biggs Institute for Alzheimer’s and Neurodegenerative Diseases at UT Health San Antonio, has been selected to present her research at the American Academy of Neurology annual meeting on Monday, May 6.
Postdoctoral fellow receives BrightFocus award

Wenyan Sun, Ph.D., postdoctoral fellow of the Sam & Ann Barshop Institute for Longevity & Aging Studies at UT Health San Antonio, was awarded a $200,000 two year post-doctoral fellowship award by BrightFocus. BrightFocus funds research worldwide on Alzheimer’s disease, macular degeneration and glaucoma.
