Application to be invited to register

Application to attend must include a:

• Biosketch or CV
• 300 word paragraph on your work in or interest in the overlap of neurology with epidemiology and/or genomics and multiomics, why you wish to attend and what you hope to learn or contribute

Applicants will be notified of acceptance by email. Upon acceptance, you will receive a link to register and reserve your spot.

Registration fees include continental breakfast, lunch and networking dinner and social events for all 3 days.

Internal attendees (UT Health San Antonio and University of Bordeaux): $250

External attendees: $350

Industry attendees: $550

Please note, this is not the registration form for the course.

The below form is to apply to be considered to attend the course as spots are limited. 

If your application has been accepted and you are invited to attend the course, the link to register for the event will be emailed to you.

If you are a speaker, you do not need to complete the below form. Event staff will provide all speakers a separate link to collect registration, travel and other information.
