Course session venue
The Neurepiomics Course will take place at The University of Texas Health Science Center, now doing business as UT Health San Antonio Academic Learning and Teaching Center (7703 Floyd Curl Drive, San Antonio, TX 78229).
Parking
If you do not have a UT Health San Antonio parking permit, please stop at the security kiosk at the campus entrance off Floyd Curl Drive for directions on free reserved parking in Lot 6. The kiosk will be immediately to your left upon using the Floyd Curl Drive entrance. To view a campus map, click here.
Hotel venue
If you are a speaker, one of our staff members will reach out to you or a designated member of your team to schedule hotel and transportation.
Out of town attendees may book at the Omni la Mansion Hotel. If you book at this hotel, please notify us as we will reserve a place for you on our shuttle from the hotel to the course venue at UT Health San Antonio. We will need at least 2 business days notice. Please email Norma Aguilera at aguileran@uthscsa.edu.
