Application for Neurepiomics Workshop 2026 Abstract Submission
All workshop attendees are invited to submit an abstract for poster presentation. The poster session is a unique opportunity to showcase your latest findings, exchange ideas with colleagues, and engage with leading researchers from across the world.
We look forward to highlighting the innovative research, emerging discoveries, and collaborative efforts that are shaping the future of brain health and neuroscience.
Poster abstracts must include:
- A concise title.
- Author(s) information, including first and last names and institutional affiliations. At least one author must present the poster during the lunch period.
- An abstract describing the work to be presented, including the research objective, methods used, and a summary of results in sufficient detail to support conclusions drawn. Abstracts are limited to 750 words.
July 29, 2026 | Abstract Submission Opens
The online abstract submission portal becomes available.
September 10, 2026 | Abstract Submission Deadline
All abstracts must be submitted through the online submission form by September 10, 2026.
September 20, 2026 | Acceptance Notifications
Presenting authors will receive poster acceptance decisions via email.
October 5, 2026 | Poster Setup
During workshop check-in, presenters will be assigned a poster number and display location. Posters should be mounted in the designated poster area upon arrival. (Recommended poster sizes are 4x3ft. The maximum should be 5x4ft.)
October 6, 2026, 12:00–2:00 PM | Lunch and Poster Session
Join colleagues for lunch while exploring the poster presentations.
- Posters will remain on display throughout the workshop.
- Presenters will be assigned to one of two presentation periods:
- Group A: 12:00–1:00 PM
- Group B: 1:00–2:00 PM
- Presenters should be available at their poster during their assigned time to discuss their work and answer questions.
October 7, 2026 by 12:00 PM | Poster Removal
All posters must be removed from the poster area by noon.
Abstracts will be evaluated on:
- Technical Quality: Exhibit high-quality writing with accurate citation of relevant sources.
- Intellectual Merit: Advances knowledge and understanding within a field of study or across disciplines.
