Physical activity has a number of physical and mental benefits for people living with dementia and their caregivers.
Our online yoga class will provide you an opportunity to engage in gentle physical exercise led by a trained and experienced yoga instructor in the comfort of your own home.
All levels are welcome to attend this free event. No yoga experience is needed.
Meet your instructor
Sabine Lohmar is a registered yoga instructor who received her training from PranaYoga in Fort Wayne, Indiana in 2015. She is currently working towards a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her background in mental health is incorporated into her classes as she focuses on improving the overall wellbeing of her students. For our Virtual Yoga classes, she will focus on stress reduction and relaxation.
