Wednesday, October 7 | Optional Hands-On Sessions at UT Health San Antonio

Enhance your workshop experience by participating in one of our optional hands-on sessions at UT Health San Antonio. These interactive sessions provide practical exposure to cutting-edge methods, technologies, and resources in neuroscience, neuroimaging, genetics and cognitive assessment.

Space is limited and advance registration is required.

Transportation and Lunch

Complimentary Lunch: A boxed lunch will be provided for all participants before the sessions begin.

Shuttle Transportation: Complimentary transportation will be provided between Hotel Contessa and UT Health San Antonio.

Shuttle service will depart from Hotel Contessa prior to the start of the hands-on sessions.
Return transportation to Hotel Contessa will be provided immediately following the conclusion of the sessions.
Additional transportation details will be shared with registered participants before the session.
