Join the Biggs Institute for a relaxing online yoga class to engage in gentle physical exercise in the comfort of your own home. The class is led by a trained and experienced yoga instructor.
Event is free to attend. No experience required. All levels are welcome to attend.

About the Speaker(s)
Dr. Sreedhara Akkihebbalu, “Dr. Sree,” is a physician and certified yoga therapist. He has practiced yoga for over 30 years and started the Esther Vexler Yoga teacher training school in 2007 with Emilie Rogers.
He is trained in the Iyengar style of yoga that focuses on alignment of the spine and using props such as chairs, to adapt yoga to each individual. He teaches many groups including older adults and cancer survivors with the ThriveWell foundation.
