Registration

Registration includes:

  • Access to the opening reception, two-day research conference and poster blitz competition.
  • Food and beverages for continental breakfasts, lunches and breaks for the pre-conference public event and the two-day research conference.

Note, registration and dinner for the Junior Researchers’ Event are free, but you must complete the Networking Event Registration form.

Biggs Institute Faculty/Staff/Collaborator $0

CEU’s will not be offered for this conference.

To register as an attendee, please follow the below steps:

  1. Click here to visit the course registration page. This link will open in a new tab. Keep this tab open to follow the steps listed below to complete your registration.
  2. Click the “Sign In to Register” button.
  3. Enter your email address. If you do not have an account, click “Create Account”. (Note, your email address must be entered in the first field to create an account.)
  4. Follow the prompts to create an account then register for the conference as a “General Attendee”.
  5. Note, registration for the Junior Researcher Event is free, but you must complete the Networking Event Registration form.

If you are having trouble registering or have received a notification that registration is closed, contact CME@uthscsa.edu

To register as a speaker, please follow the below steps:

  1. Email bio’s and head-shots to Norene Casas at CasasN@uthscsa.edu by Friday, January 17 to be included in the conference’s program. (Bio’s are preferred over CV’s to ensure the information you want highlighted is appropriately listed.)
    2. Click here to visit the course registration page. This link will open in a new tab. Keep this tab open to follow the steps listed below to complete your registration.
    3. Click the “Sign In to Register” button.
    4. Enter your email address. If you do not have an account, click “Create Account”. (Note, your email address must be entered in the first field to create an account.)
    5. Follow the prompts to create an account then register for the conference as a “Speaker”.

To register a group of attendees :

  1. Click here to download the group registration excel sheet.
  2. Complete the spreadsheet with the requested information.
  3. Email the completed spreadsheet to CME@uthscsa.edu.
  4. The UT Health San Antonio Office of CME will confirm receipt of the spreadsheet.
  5. Once the spreadsheet is received, the CME office will notify the sender to call the office with credit card information to complete payment.
