Event Details:
Join our social work team online for a welcoming and informative session created to support patients, families, and caregivers affected by dementia.

This monthly gathering offers education on common questions related to a dementia diagnosis, including future planning, advance directives, support services, and care options. Participants will also receive information about available resources and have the opportunity to connect with our social work team.
