Gardening Workshop with the San Antonio Botanical Garden

Join the San Antonio Botanical Garden and UT Health San Antonio's Caring for the Caregiver program for a dementia-friendly gardening class designed to promote improved mental health, quality of life, and opportunities for social connection for people living with dementia and their caregivers.

Hands-on activities include planting, pruning and exploring plants at your own pace.

Classes will take place on select Wednesdays from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm indoors and outdoors, depending upon weather.

Registration is free and required.
