The Grief and Loss Support Group is a free peer and professionally led group focusing on navigating grief in the later stages of caregiving and after.
We will meet in-person every first and third Thursday of the month for guidance and companionship to discuss a range of topics related to grief and loss.
Caregivers with a loved one in the later stages of dementia and those who have lost a loved one to the disease are welcome to attend.
