The Grief and Loss Support Group is a free, peer-led, and professionally led group that focuses on navigating grief in the later stages of caregiving and after.
From September to May, we will meet in person every first and third Thursday of the month for guidance and companionship and to discuss a range of topics related to grief and loss.
Caregivers with a loved one in the later stages of dementia and those who have lost a loved one to the disease are welcome to attend.
