Externally-Led Patient-Focused Drug Development Meeting on Lewy Body Dementia

The Lewy Body Dementia Association in collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Association is bringing the dementia with Lewy bodies community together for the first-ever Externally-Led Patient-Focused Drug Development Meeting. This Patient-Focused Drug Development meeting will give the U.S. Food and Drug Administrationand other key stakeholders, including medical product developers, health care providers, federal agencies, an important opportunity to hear directly from patients, their families, care partners and patient advocates about the symptoms that matter most to them, the impact the disease has on their daily lives and their experiences with currently available treatments.

This meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm ET. This is a free, open-to-the-public, live, virtual event.

• Those symptomatic or diagnosed with Lewy body dementia
• Current or former care partners
• Family members
• Health care providers
• Clinical researchers
