“The Essentials of Caregiving” is an eight week series of classes focused on providing support and tools a caregiver may need as they care for a family member living with a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s or a related dementia. Participants may register for the series at any time.
The “Essentials of Caregiving: Family Dynamics” session will provide tips on how to maintain the lines of communication open after a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s or other dementias may cause changes in a family’s roles and relationships.
Registration is required.
This class is provided by the UT Health San Antonio School of Nursing Caring for the Caregiver program.
